Returns & Refunds Policy – Cosmetic Products

At Fizas Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges to ensure hygiene and safety.

Cosmetic products (makeup, skincare, etc.) cannot be returned once opened, due to health and hygiene risks.

1. Returns Eligibility

Cosmetics that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Partially used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue.

Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

3. How to Return an Item

Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service; we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or damaged items.
